After trying for many years to become a member of the Bickley Model Flying Club it was obvious that the rapidly growing demands for Model Jets are not being recognised, the solution is obvious, a Model Jet Club specifically for model jets.

March 2008, the search for a flying field adequate for large scale model jets begins.

April 2008, Model Jet Club website up and running, we now have at least 45+ regular visitors every day from around the world. We hope you will find the latest information on the fantastic developments of Model Jet  Aviation.

May 2008, A suitable flying field has been located between Boughton Under Bean, Dunkirk and Oversland. Negotiations are currently underway with the land owner.

I just missed out on this Superb Boomerang Intro which was for sale for £1,350 Inc JatCat P-70 with Kerosene Conversion, Spektrum DX7 2.4 GHz Radio and Professionally Built.

June/July 2008, Had a very encouraging Email from Ali Machinchy from Al's Hobbies regarding the website, and I quote "I would just like to congratulate you on your great website. I can see that allot of hard work must have gone into that. If I can ever be of any help please feel free to ask, and if I can assist I will"

August/September 2008, Sittingbourne and District Model Flying Club (SADMAC) have the perfect Jet flying site, however jets are NOT currently allowed. I'm just in the process of joining and then hoping to persuade the committee to allow jets! Good news, Sittingbourne and District Model Flying Club have added Jets on the menu of their own website. (Currently no content) thanks to Luigi from F1 Hobbies.
